    [REQUEST] Waypoint Project

    I see most of the mobs are static or dont have a proper waypoint asigned so I plan on giving WoW more "live" by assigning tons of waypoints to the mobs completely from scratch, compatible with the lastest TBC 2.4.3 patch.

    I will start with the blood elf starting Zone (Sunstrider Isle, Silvermoon City and Ghostlands).

    Hopefully this will become a bigger project once we gather more people.
    So anyone interested post here!.

    Please take note that I plan to do it MANUALLY, not with some fancy automagically sql code (while this could work, often the waypoints given are wrong or "unnatural"). Since I doublecheck every waypoint added.

    the mobs on live are not given set waypoints rather they travel in random directions for random distances, you can edit the core to do this so its more blizzlike and easier rather than going through tons of mobs and making multiple waypoints for each.

    Please explain me how do I do that? what file shoul I edit. Off course I assume is a source file thats need to be edited previous to compiling.

    Now I see why the emu authors dont give a damn about waypoints, its because no one is interested...maybe I should start doing the whole thing myself.

    The more blizzlike approach to this would be .waypoint movetype 1 (make the mob travel in random wp order) but it is not currently supported by the database, you type the command it works but dont get saved.
