How Viable Is This?

I am searching for opinions on how viable it is for me to be able to recruit the team I need in order to start a ground up new wow server...

Please assume the following: I am dedicated to success...I have the finances to supply the best servers available...I do not have any creative skills...I have a degree in business and accounting...

I am not looking for anything other than honest opinions...I don't want to dump a bunch of money and effort into something that just isn't sound...

I would like to know I am looking in the right place...

Well Rick, my understanding by what you mean by team is your devolopers/Game Masters. Go with people WHOM you know, very close friends and if they dont have WoW there is a way to DL it free. So thats no problem, However, Your team should also be dedicated just as much as you are for the success of your server, I recently had to redo my server do to a crash in ArcEmu, The compiled one i was using had a big bugged and crashed the DB too. So make sure you get ArcEmu FROM THE WEBSITE! or what ever you are going to use, or ASpire. or Ascent. Either one is pretty good, And your team, you have to communicate well with them and understand your posistions. .

Many people on here will assist you with things about deving a server and creating many things for your server.. If your looking for people to actually create this server just make sure you and your team have the same general idea of what you want.. cant have 1 person deving a funserver while the other wants to do blizzlike.. it is very possible to have a successful server dont rush into things and seek out knowledgeable people who actually WANT to do something successfully.

Both great comments...Thank you...Thing is, I have no friends that are into wow...I am wanting to put together a good team from here...I want to recruit devs both for coding and the creative side...I posted in the recruit section, so I guess we will see what comes of that...I just see so much talent here and want so much to get a few of these people working with me...I want them to be on my team and we work together to make a server that can make it into the top 10
