Crashing at 30+ users

HI I have a major problem my server cant support more than 30+ users without crashing in loops I was wondering if anyone could read my crash dumps and give me a clue about what could be causing the problem?

im at my wits end no one is able to explain why my server keeps crashing at 30+ users its taken all the fun out of running the server for me :confused:

It's obviously because your computer/your hoster can't support more than 30 people.

These are my system specs

Intel 2.4 Q6600 Quadcore
8GB Ram
320GB HD
Windows 64bit fresh install
Nvidia8800gtx Vidcard
Nvidia 680i motherboard
Dedicated Adsl2 line for the server

people are running lower specs than me and are getting 500+ users, is it so obvious now? My specs are very high, higer than whats needed.
