Global NPC help??

Hey guys just wondering how.....i got the AC web 2.4.3 repack and it has a global npc but thing is the mall only sends u to a main city.....ive downloaded the files and scrips for it to edit but not sure what to do and how to save it so it sends players to a custom mall anyone able to help me here plz

Is it a DLL or a LUA? if its a LUA it is easy to change the ported coords to the place your mall is.. If its a DLL youll have to recompile it and change it before doing so.
