    go to account table in your database an give them rank "a" for GM and "az" for admin

    and if you only wan them to get some commands, you can do that in the table "command_overrides"

    command_name => write down the full command, you want the person to have
    access_level => put a not in use GM rank (i'm always using rank 1)

    now go to the account table and give the person the rank (like i said i'm using rank 1)

    Is more easy, go to the arcemu-world.conf for ex and in:
    <Server PlayerLimit = "100"
    Motd = "No MOTD specified."
    SendStatsOnJoin = "1"
    EnableBreathing = "1"
    SeperateChatChannels = "0"
    CompressionThreshold = "1000"
    QueueUpdateInterval = "5000"
    KickAFKPlayers = "0"
    ConnectionTimeout = "180"
    RealmType = "1"
    AdjustPriority = "0"
    RequireAllSignatures = "0"
    ShowGMInWhoList = "1"
    MapUnloadTime="0"
    LimitedNames="1"
    UseAccountData="0"
    AllowPlayerCommands="0" CHANGE to AllowPlayerCommands="1"
    EnableLFGJoin="0"
    TimeZone="0">

    Next go to ur DB and into commands_override table put the command and acces level. For only players can use the command put the command and acces lvl 0.

    Only simple things make me feel alive...

    no its not

    Code:
    AllowPlayerCommands="1"
    Code:
    #    AllowPlayerCommands
    # This directive, if enabled can allow players to use commands with a '0' command group.
    #        Default: 0
