Instance not availible

Hey i just made a new server using ac web 2.4.3 and every time i try to go into an instance i get this "Normal Difficulty is not available for this instance"

If anyone knows how to fix i will +Rep

Theres another post with a fellow asking a very similar question.. Try activating GM using .gmon and see if you can zone in.. If so its because you need to be in a raid or a group or such.. You can search for the other post and find the solution as to how to change the requirements to zone into a certain zone
