Loot Program / Addon

I had seen a few people using one recently where it would loot the mob just as they walked over it. I have been searching for a bit, so i have decided to just ask around. Is there a program on Ownedcore or one floating around where this is possible?

if ur talking about vanilla then freeze auto loot to 1 with cheat engine.
