Step One
The first thing you need to do is make a DNS for your server. This will hide your server's IP address in a sub domain, for example, if my server's IP address was 11.111.11.111, I could make a DNS so that my server could be accessed through darkvirus.servegame.org. You can skip this step if you want but it is not recommended, if you decide to skip it, your server will be located at your IP address.
Go to DynDNS: Dynamic DNS, E-Mail Delivery and Other Services and create an account. Then Go To My Hosts. Then Create A Host
Wildcard Must be Enabled And Where It Says put Your IP Click That Blue Thing Under it.
Step Two
This Is Where You MUST Forward Your Ports
To Forward Your Ports You Must Know How To Access Your Router.
You Need To Foward These Ports
8129
8093
3724
3727
80
Make It With Both TCP and UDP
Step Number Three
Go To Run And Delete CMD And Copy And Paste C:/windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts In Their
When You Get in the Folder Open Hosts( You need To Be On You Admin Account For Your PC To Access It And Change It Around.

# This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
# entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should
# be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name.
# The IP address and the host name should be separated by at least one
# space.
#
# Additionally, comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual
# lines or following the machine name denoted by a '#' symbol.

# For example:
#
# 102.54.94.97 rhino.acme.com # source server
# 38.25.63.10 x.acme.com # x client host
127.0.0.1
