A simple and working way to get a private server up

As a complete idiot i tried to start a server using most the guys you could find here, i've tried 4 of em (the ones marked as noob ones) and thanks to some divine force, something went wrong on each and every one of em. Either mysql ****ed up and didn't do what it was supposed to, or the link was dead, or i just lost myself. So i guess they weren't simple enough.

To all those like me, here's a truly simple guide that actually works.
Download a file, click 3 times and you've got a server. Much better then install mysql, use this program and that one and then shoot yourself coz you've just wasted 40 mins on something that didn't work.

I'd like to stress out that this guide wasn't created by me, and that i don't expect/deserve rep on this.
