Hello I made this guide due to the fact I played on a lot of unprofessional servers. So here are some tips when it comes to being an ADMIN of a server or a gm as well but I have seen to many guides for gm’s. This guide will give you some basic tips in making your
Server so that it looks very real and people will like it.

Here is a few tips and tricks to the trade of being a good owner/admin.

1. First and foremost know your players needs and wants they run the server.
2. Give deadlines and guidelines to your gm’s of what is expected of them so they know what they need to do first before there free time.
3. Give out reward items for people who report bugs.
4. Have a list ready for your gm’s of pre approved events and rewards.
5. Know the basic commands.
6. Make some solo areas as well as group zones.
7. Pvping is more fun in a designated area.
8. Make a interactive website.
9. Update the staff forums often and hire some debuggers.
10. Make lots of your own stuff like your own quests and game objects why not here on mmowned there are great tuts.
11. Set rules for the members to follow and be strict in punishing them.
12. Don’t delete old G.O. from db make a new one.
13. Try to make everything yourself.
14. If it’s a instant level 70 have quests for them to do at that level
15. read tons and tons of guides before posting one.
16. Know some of the more important recalls or tele’s
17. know the commands or your rev.
18. Know your own db (ones you made yourself)
19. Explore your database and find some objects to give your server a personal touch.
20. The more customized you are in your server the better.
21. find a db that’s right for you and customize it.

yeah im in the making of making a whole new db for mine and taking out alot of the lower level areas to replace with level 70 mobs for a instant level 70 server so im full of help just pm me if you need some tips or you have a ? for me.
