[Guide] How to set-up the RoSpora Website(Mangos Spora)

::Setting up WAMP5::

1. Download Wamp5.
2. Once you have downloaded it to your computer, double click on the icon to begin installation
   
   
3. Installing WAMP is done through a wizard interface that guides you through the exact steps.
   
   
4. The program will ask where you want to install your software. You can select any path you want, WAMP5 automatically builds configuration files to reflect your choice. Remember that some scripts and modules do not like long names and special characters, like spaces. I recommend you leave the default directory c:\wamp.
   
   
5. If you want your Apache and MySQL servers to launch on Windows startup, please check this option during installation.
   
   
   
6. Once you have selected all your options, the software will display your configuration once more. Please check that everything is all right before proceeding.
   
   
7. After you click Install, the process of unpacking the software on your computer begins.
   
   
   
8. You will be asked to select a root folder for your documents created using WAMP. You can either use the default folder or create your own one. This is the folder where you will be testing your web applications.(But in this installation I will refer to where you put your Document root as "www" as seen in the picture below.)
   
   

1. Next, select your default Internet browser. If you do not use Internet Explorer, make sure you change this default setting.
   
   

1. With this, your installation is complete
   
   

1. When WAMP is running, you can notice an icon similar to a speed gage in the right side of your system tray.
   
   
2. By clicking on the icon a menu opens, allowing you to see what services are running, close and restart them at will, as well as configure the necessary files.
   
   

Now you are done installing Wamp5! Next we actually will install the website! XD

::How to actually extract Rospora into your "www" Folder::

1. Left click that Wamp5 icon down in that lower right hand corner.

2. Click the "www directory" button.

3. Put the RoSpora Rar file in that directory.

4. Extract the RoSpora and configure it.

::How to actually configure the RoSpora site::


1-Set up your mysql database ip adress (ex. 127.0.0.1 or localhost)
2-Set up your mysql databases usernames and passwords (ex. user= root password = mangos)
3-Set up your mysql databases which mangos is used them! (imp. databases already had set to default names)
4-Set up your Server PC's IP address (for realm status)
5-Set up your Template Options (if you want)
6-Write your server informations (ex. XP options , Versions..)

You are ready to pump it up!

Open a browser , call your servers ip at address bar! (pisstt.. If you have a router , dont forget forwarding 80 number port to your Server!)

WELL DONE! You did it!

CLUES: RoSpora's online players refreshing time is involved with your Mangosd.conf file , player save time!Dont forget,Mangos writes Online character information into the DB Rospora only reads from it.

This website WILL work with 2.2.3 Mangos but it might work with 2.3.0 Mangos servers, too. I've only tried it with 2.2.3 Mangos, so who knows? Oh and here is the website that I found this on Welcome to Home of RoSpora

What is this character database it mentions? I don't have one..i've tried putting all the other databases in it's place in the .config file, but whenever someone tries to make an account it just says something like:

"Creation of account
randomname
Was not possible!"
