Hey all!
I had this problem and it had stumped me for awhile.
I thought i would make a guide if this happens to anyone else.
*note I'm not going to tell you how to compile a server.
Ok so first off. If you have recently have made a server you are using a new thing they have added called LuaBridge it has replaced LuaHypArc.
Windows XP uses: LuaHypArc
Windows Vista/7 uses: LuaBridge
now im going to show you how to avoid this ArcEmu crash.
First when you go to compile your server with C++ 2010
Open arcemuVC100 - all projects
now Right click this.

Ok Then hit properties.

1: Click Configuration Properties
2: Make sure (For Windows XP) That LuaEngine IS checked and Luabridge is NOT.
then hit OK.

Then click Build Solution. (or F7)
Then you should not have any crashes.
