[Guide] How to make Quests on arcemu Easy!

This guide will show you how to make quests super EASY!

Open up Navicat for MySQL (or HeidiSQL) and open up - quests and these are the inputs:

Entry:
Set A High Number. (20000+)

ZoneID:
go in game and use the gm command .gps and enter what comes up in MapID

Sort:
This Is Just The Same As ZoneID, .gps do the mapID

Flags:
set as 4 if you a chain quest. If you don't want a chain leave as zero.

MinLevel:
Pretty self explanatory. Ive seen 19 twink servers so if you don't want a level 1 to have it put to your desired level.

MaxLevel:
Put 225 if you have a 225 fun server it's simple

Type:

0 Solable
1 Group
41 PvP
62 Raid
81 Dungeon

RequiredRace:

690 = All The Hordes Races
1101 = All The Alliance Races

Skip until limit time

LimitTime:

How Much Time You Get Finish The Quest. 0 for unlimited.

SpecialFlags:

Leave as 0

PrevQuestId:

If it's a chain set the quest ID of the quest before it.

NextQuestId:

If it's a chain set the quest ID of the next quest in line.

SrcItem:

If the quests requires you to burn something it will give the item you need for the quest.

SrcItemCount:

How many burn items you get given.

Title:

The Title Of Your Quest.

Details:

Details, I want you too slap 2dgreengiant in bawx

Objectives:

Take this trout and hit Aestsyu very very hard! ( it says what they have to do )

CompletionText:

The Completion Text.

Example:
I like you for hitting them!

IncompleteText:

If You haven't completed them in a set limit or failed an escort this is what you need to type in. EG: Come back when you hit him.

EndText:

Text That Shows At The Bottom Of The Quest.

Example:
Nice Pew Pew

ReqItemId1:

If you need an item to finish the quest put the itemID here

ReqItemCount1-4:

Say you need item's from mobs this is how many.

ReqKillMobOrGOId1-4

If you you need to kill a creature, enter the mobs ID in here

ReqKillMobOrGOCount1-4:

Number Of Creatures You Have To Kill

RewChoiceItemId1-6:

If you want them to choose the items (say for a mount quest)

RewItemCount1-6:

how many items you get amongst finishing.

RewItemId1-4:

The quest reward (itemID) EG: 33225

RewRepFaction1-2:

Leave as 0

RewRepValue1-2:

Leave as 0

RewRepLimit:

leave as 0

RewMoney:

Amount of money you gain 1 = 1 copper , 10000 = 1 gold

RewXP:

EXP: If your 80 it will turn to gold so don't go nuts

Rewspell:

If you gain a buff like fortitude or something

Castspell:

Spell ID go to http://www.wowhead.com/ and look up pyroblast and the number that comes up in the browser bar at the top copy and paste it.

Pointmapid:

leave as 0

RequiredMoney:

If you need to pay gold

Skip the rest until your at ExplorerTrigger1-4

Exploretrigger1-4:

This is if you need to explore ( i don't bother it's AV)

RequiredQuest1-4:

If it's a chain put the previous quest ID here.

ReceiveItemId1-4:

The ID of the item that you get when finishing the quest: 33225 is NICE

ReceiveItemCount1-4:

The amount of items you receive

Is repeatable:

0 = No
1 = Yes

Now Save it.

Now if you want to add it to a NPC (see another guide Search button is an orgasmic tool!) to give the quest, SELECT the NPC and type in:

.quest addboth (questID)

Your all done! Restart your server and enjoy your custom quest!
