I am guessing you are talking about the 7th one. and NO.

But Only the displayid's i show in the 7th ones will work.

ex. small houses and big houses as seen in my painkilling wow video.

But if you wanted a blacksmith for example you would need a custom patch (and how to do this. I don't know but if you need a custom patch for something it isn't really worth it seeing as otheres would need to download same custom patch.)

Aslo, how can i make an npc/enemy (can I spawn enemies?) drop/sell a certain item or give a certain quest, there are probably guides to do this but, just wanted to hear it from the best

well right now i don't have time to explane it but i will see if i can make a video on that next. make it a enemy set the faction to 14 i believe. If you look in heidisql there is a option under ascent that is item loot. it is easy to figure out just mess around with it.
