ERROR: ArcEmu wont start!

So i was making a privateserver for my friend, it worked just fine on my computer but on his it said
"Couldnt start the program because the configfiles are wrong, try reinstalling the program." It popped up in a window, not in the CMD...

What should i do folks? Please help me, when the config files are wrong it should say in red text in CMD, whats the matter? Please! Will rep!!

Have you installed Net Framework 3.5? Solved it for me.

is it mangos or ascent.. what OS is he using.. Self compile or Repack or did you simply copy and paste your server... Post the configs ...

Yes, install Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5
I had 3.0 and didn't realize, then got 3.5 and it worked.
