How to make Server public (NONE HAMACHI) WORK

ok let's do this

STEP 1)
go to DynDNS: DNS Hosting, Email Delivery and Other Services
-register
-loggin
-click add host services under My Services
-make a new host (i recomend .servegame.org)
-remember to click on Wildcard Yes, alias "*.hostname.domain" to same settings
-then click Use auto detected IP address xx.xx.xx.xx.
-and now Create host

and your done with part 1
Remember your IP and DNS server

STEP 1) PART 2)
-now go to MENU and click RUN
-Write in CMD (then a black window should popup)
-write in ipconfig
-and it'll popup some test scroll up until you see

IPv4-adress
Standard-gateway

-save the numbers on the right of them you'll need them

and now your done with Part 2

STEP 3)
-now go to run again and write in C:/windows/system32/drivers/etc
-now search after HOSTS in that folder once you see it open it
-now write in

127.0.0.1 colamancool-wow.exemple.org #Local Address
192.168.1.1 colamancool-wow.exemple.org #Internal IP Address
312.425.76.14 colamancool-wow.exemple.org #External IP Address

but your ofc

STEP 4)
change the red colored

now go to your Server/repack folder
and change ascent-realms.conf to this

Can some1 post the config files? all of them. because when I open Arcemu-logonserver.exe
I get this : Bind unsuccessful on port 3724.20:42
I followed other guides and I think those guide was wrong.
So my config files are all messed up
