If you downloaded ac-web ultimate repack 7.7.. and it was without quests.. then do this:
Here is the Quest fixs
Filebeam - Free Fast File Hosting

1. Download fix

2. Install fix using HeidiSQL and start HeidiSQL and connect.

3. Go to Database: Ascent - Table: Quests

4. Click on Import Above ^

5. Click Load SQL-file

6. And select your Quest SQL file

7. Then click on the Play button that say's: Excute SQL...

8. Restart your server or wait 5-15 Min
