How to make more than 1 realm

Step 1. Go in your realm.conf folder.

Step 2. Scroll down, find

[QUOTE]<LogonServer Address = "127.0.0.1"
Port = "8093"
Name = "world"
RealmCount = "1">

And change RealmCount = "1"> To RealmCount = "2>

Now scroll down to the end and find

<Realm1 Name = "Your server name
Address = 127.0.0.1:8129
Icon = "Normal"
Colour = "1"
Population = "1.0"
TimeZone = "1">

Then copy all of this text, and past it down like this

<Realm1 Name = "Server name here
Address = 127.0.0.1:8129
Icon = "Normal"
Colour = "1"
Population = "1.0"
TimeZone = "1">
<Realm2 Name = "Server Name"
Address = 127.0.0.1:8129
Icon = "Normal"
Colour = "1"
Population = "1.0"
TimeZone = "1">

\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ Almost done \\\\\\\\\\\\\
Then change the

]<Realm1

of the second to

<Realm2

Realm1 of the second to Realm2

Then save and your done with this!

If you want two different realms with separate databases, you will have to re execute your world database, And then get it to load into the second realm.

Yea. I think you would either need to create a new accounts database or.. maybe run another ascent at the same time.. But I'm not sure if that would work...

Anyway, IMO, I doubt many people would want to get more than one realm in their server unless you want a PvP/PvE/Funserver/Blizzlike/Instant70/TestRealm/LocalRealm or one of them is filling up.. even then, I doubt that a private server's realm would fill up.
