Need help making a server

Hi i am new to making servers and all and have tried many time and have problems making them, is there someone that could make a program or a pack that makes it on it's own and tell's me in plain english what to do to start it.

If you want some info I work on a HP dv9000, i use wireless internet, i use wow 2.4 patched but can downgrade if someone can help out, and also if i get it i may need some coders cause i have tons of great idea's and am planning on making 3-4 server like a twink,instant 70,instant 255, and blizzlike with highrate leveling so if any can contribute i would like it very much and will plus rep everyone that helps, thanks!:wave:

yeah well i have wow 2.4.0 and I want somebody to tell me step by step..how to make my own private server...if somebody can help me please do..
