Easy ! create ur own private server..! takes half an hour

First Go to here and register, then Downloads//Repack 7.7 run it
then when u have downloaded it install it, and after that, a notepad would pop-up, if it doesn't open it in C:AC web ultimate repack:README , follow that guide.
now u can play with changing your realmlist.wtf (open with notepad) to 127.0.0.1

If u want the server public see one of the other guides, if u are a beginner, better start up with a Hamachi guide which is much easier.

IF U WANT UR SERVER ORGANISED
then install a SQL-Database program like Heidisql, Navicat, SQLyog (google them) etc. connect to ip:
127.0.0.1 and pass would be ascent.
from here you can make accounts from the logon->accounts, just by clicking the + somewhere in the screen then put:
login; Username for the account
password; password for the acc
Encrypted pass; leave blank
Gm; will control the acc status of the acc. put 0 for normal, az for admin, Gm for GM (dont ask me what the difference is between az and GM)
banned; 0 (will automatically get up if you ban this acc.)
lastlogin ; leave blank
lastip also leave blank
email; leave blank (or put in the owner of the accounts E-mail address)
flags: put 8 if its a tbc user acc and 0 if its a non-tbc acc.
rest, just leave default....
