AzerothCore Wrath of the Lich King Single Player Repack

Hey, I'm new to emulating
(I only recently got a 2006 Runescape emulator to work)

Do I need a copy of WoW installed from the blizzard launcher in order to have a Wow.exe to launch and play on the emulated/offline server?
(and not just host up something that I can't see/play)

If not-- where should I look for the game files I'd need to run the Repack?

Just download the repack and if you dont have the Wow client for wotlk then you can download it... U can just google it and youll get the client

I found one, but it appears that admin/admin didn't work to log in
Then I found a private server thing called "Dalaran-WoW" and tossed the dice, made an account and it let me in

Upside: I'm in the game (There's 3 visible servers: Dalaran - Era I, Kirin Tor (locked), and Algalon)
Downside: I'm not playing the repack, and I have no idea how to create an admin account to join the offline server :\

Is it possible to open this server up as a LAN server?

I'm trying to set up the server so it can be played with my family; here's where I'm at:
Everyone has downloaded and installed a copy both of the Game, and the Repack, just to be safe.
I've modified my [realmlist.wtf] file with my local IP [set realmlist 10.0.0.213], and I've done the same for the other computer trying to join.
Both computers can see the server, but only the host computer can join it.
When attempting to join with the other computer, it reads "Success!" and lets me pick the server, but after a pause it puts me back at the login screen, no error.

I've heard that HeidiSQL is necessary to modify the realmlist (for some reason), but this is my first time using the tool, and I can see nothing that looks like the server.
The field under "Session Name" is empty.
Creating a new Session (while the WoW Repack server is up) and trying to open it gives me this error:
"Connection failed - Access denied for user 'root' @ 'localhost' (using password: NO)"
Any suggestions would be appreciated

So after some weeks of testing, I'm kinda surprised that this repack (azerothcore) suffers from the same issues as all other trinitycore repacks out there. Most collecting quests do not work (no quest items in loot inventory). So I wonder why no one bothers to fix that?

Download the AC Data v.16

Delete all folder inside data folder and replace with latest data v.16

Good news - I no longer get a huge string of red errors

Bad news - I do get some errors when trying to enter/start dungeons, leading to me being unable to enter them:

maybe try changing ur current dungeon difficulty. - I had similar issue in a mop repack and changing the difficulty fixed it.
