You can add npc's for sure.
tho, the playerbots are only a feature in the VIP version

Out of curiosity, does this version have all the quests/dungeons from TBC, Wrath & Cataclysm?

I've been looking for a repack for my sister that has both Goblins and Pet Battles in it, and so far this one looks like it hits most of the marks

Was keeping my eyes open for a BFA version, but those appear to get started and abandoned or taken down real quick - no luck there
