Just one thing I've spotted, Tauren start at the Alliance starting area, although if you click on the teleport npc it takes you to the horde starting area.

about pics you asked "nightmare" there is a link for slideshow preview also about lagging the other guy said the database is tested on public server and it doesn't lag the maximum ms on sky town cause it has multiple gos is 280ms

I found out that there is no quests at all and that all the npcs in the alliance starting area are too close together.

other then this, nice repack
