Thank you for this repack, Brotalnia.

I could need some help from anyone really since im very bad with computers and understanding it.

I downloaded the re-pack and followed the instructions and everything is working great.
I want to make this server public for my friends, but even when I follow the instructions in the OP, it doesnt work. I used What Is My IP? Shows your real IP - IPv4 - IPv6 - WhatIsMyIP.com(R) and tried both IP's in the "realmd" notepad, at the bottom where it says "LoginDatabaseInfo = "127.0.0.1;3306;root;root;realmd"". Is this correct? When I try launch the "realmd" application it opens for a split second and closes again. If I change it back to 127.0.0.1 it works wonders.

No, this is not where you change the IP. You need to change it in the realmlist table of the realmd database. There is a batch script to do it, check in the batch folder. And you also need to open the ports used by mangosd and realmd.

As I mentioned before, I'm severely damaged when it comes to computers, so what is "realmlist table of the realmd database"? Is it the blue icon with a white lock on it? How do i change it inside there?

Edit: I tried using the batch files, but my friend see "connecting" for 2 seconds then he gets disconnected.

- Ok, I think I've understood a little more. I want to make the server public for my friends, both on the same internet and not, so I used the public IP shown on whatismyip.com.
- I started "Start MySQL" used the batch script "Change Realm IP" and changed it to my public IPv4.

When I try to log on it says "Connecting" for 2 seconds, then "Disconnected from server"

- I guess I have to open some ports for this to be fixed, 3724 and 8085? Are there any other ports I need to open?

Yes, he did. Its also the same for me. I cant connect to the server either, stuck on "Connecting" for two seconds and then disconnected.
After I've used the batch-script and load realmd, it says "Database: 127.0.0.1;3306;root;*;realmd", but I guess thats what its supposed to say.
Theres also no registered login-attemts showing in the realmd.exe. Idk if thats useful information to you.

Yes, just run this query on the mangosd database:

UPDATE `areatrigger_teleport` SET `required_pvp_rank`=0;

I finally got it to work and somehow i think you're right.
I double checked the IP on "whatismyip.com" with the one I find in CMD and it is correct. This time I typed it in manually instead of copy+pasting it. We got in but we were stuck on realmlist. At this point I had "MySQL" and "realmd" running and when I loaded "mangos", while we were stuck on realmlist, we got in. I did try my public IPv4 ip too, but we cant get that one to work.

First of all thanks for the repack.

I followed the instructions but when I log in i'm instantly disconnected
I use admin/admin, authentification go through but I get "disconnected from server" instantly, I don't reach the character screen.

Authentification works

@lucaskpo13 The lite version is meant for people who already have a previous version of the repack and can copy the "data" folder from there. If this is the first time you are using the repack, then either download the full version, or use the extractors in the tools/extractors folder to extract the maps yourself from the client, but that takes many hours.

@Wuersteltier You would have to manually convert the character db to the format used here.
