hi,
I just installed this on windows 10. The live server Server is hosted on windows 12 r2. I configured Database and connected to it remotely. When I configure DBC folder and click save, the program crashes. I set my local wow path to World-of-Warcraft-Client-3.3.5a folder.
what might the problem be?

Hey lmao, wow, a lot of stupid and basic questions in this thread, or idiots trying to get it to work with their shitty repack LOL. let me answer some questions for this guy.
1) you guys getting equip problems with items, that is nothing to do with this, fix your items by properly editing them with a .dbc link, your items are broken because you're not patching on your client or actually updating your Item.dbc
2) you guys trying to use shitty repacks like singleplayer project or repacks of trinitycore LMAO literally follow the TrinityCore setup correctly and compile your own files and your own server. it works completely fine when you do.
3) You guys asking for > 3.3.5 ... the actual lack of basic knowledge you must have to suggest this is really quite sad. Please have some basic respect for the developer and don't ask stupid questions like this.
------------------------------------------------------------
anyway, I'm running TrinityCore and obviously this works great, no crashes, linked up to my server and dbc flawlessly, I've made items, one quest, and one NPC, i didn't even know that you had built in a displayID finder at first linked to the dbc, nice, that made things so much easier, few things I want to say:
1) right now items like consumables for example cannot be given spells, so we can't actually make food items, or potions and other things, this makes item creation very limited, ideally we should be able to select at least pre-existing spells, at best the ability to make a custom spell in a spell tab and bind it to an item.
2) your loot section is confusing. Right now i'm having a hard time understanding "Loot ID's" and how exactly these work. If I made NPC 50004 that drops item 90006 for example, I don't know how to link these via your Loot ID section. what information does Loot ID require? Could you clarify this process of adding a single or multiple loot drops to an NPC? In your video these features were in-progress.
3) npcs often take a very long time to respawn, and despite the option being checked, do not patrol like other mobs. I'm wondering if these are bugs or adjustable elsewhere.
4) In my opinion you should automatically populate a recommended health (and other stats) depending on the level set, for instance a level 1 mob would have a recommenced preset value of 41 health, a level 2 would have 55 health, this stops people from accidentally making weak mobs. A similar system for silver would also be good.

Hey is there a beta version of this for Legion branch? Or doesnt make this any sense? I would really love to contribute to this tool since it is very useful and should be developed to support master branch

Thank you man, only weapon creation seems to cause trouble.

Annual Update Time!
Download 1.0.8
- Added support for up-to-date Trinity 3.3.5a database
- cMangos Zero: Creatures can now export
- Trinity 3.3.5a: Added option for creatures to hold weapons
- 3.3.5a emulators: Option to set Item Level
- Various bug fixes
To answer some questions:
- Weapons are still messy in-game, not quite sure why atm.
- If you know a bit of C# and have some skills in decrypting garbage code, you can modify the code to support any emulator.
I don't wanna put too much time into supporting every emu in existence myself. I'd be happy to help with the basic structure, I'm just not too keen on the data-entry work.
I also have no intention at the moment for adding legion support since a lot of the db structure is very different and it's likely much more annoying to add if I want the app be compatible with other emulators as well.
- If you get an error about credentials in the MySQL config window, you probably put in the wrong credentials. :P
Look in the world config file and enter the WORLD database login. If you can't do that, no offense intended but you'll need to learn a bit more about the basics of wow emulation. Search the forum, then ask them before asking me please.
As always, feel free to open an issue on GitHub. Can't promise I'll fix your issue before you die a slow and painful death but, there's always a chance.
In any case, you'll have a better chance of reaching me through there than through the forum as well.

The AC team has recently revamped the AzerothCore database structure to match Trinity more closely. This will allow us to absorb more fixes to the core. I saw you had an AC option, which is awesome, and wanted to give you a heads up.

So I am giving this a shot. Fair warning I am learning here, but luckily not a complete idiot.
I am running windows 7 and using the windows7 version. for cMaNGOS 1.12
I have linked it up to SQL and DBC, no problem.
However, anytime I try to either "find" an item or "export" one, I receive an error.
"Database Error: Unknown column 'displayid' in 'field list'
Any idea? Thanks in advance! What am I messing up here?

Using a fresh installation of TrinityCore 3.3.5 and fresh rebuilt with 335.19061_2019_06_15 database:
Although adding an item to the database works fine and I can get items added easily and in-game, adding creatures does not work (as it once did for me), I'm getting this error:
"Unknown Column 'Trainer Type' in 'Field list'
I can't tell if I'm doing something incorrectly here. So I think I'm going to go back to your previous build and see if that is working.

Yo, newbie here with the MySQL stuff. Hope I'm asking the right questions and all but I'm having problems with the Trinity Creator. I managed to configure/connect to my DBC path or whatever but now I'm having trouble connecting to mysql. I know the host number and port info but I'm not sure what to put for user, password and world database entries. I've searched through my folders but not really sure what to look for. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, it seems I can't any potential answers except here.
