I will try to adapt the DBC for FR client, as I am french. I would like to share the adaptation on a french modding community, and to avoid any trouble I'd like to know if I have your permission please? (Obviously a link will be redirecting to this thread, and I will only provide the french DBCs)

That's fine with me, there really is nothing edited from the stock trinity core dbcs aside from allowing flying in azeroth.
