Ok in short, extra_a9_flags are kinda ****ed up and when you have them over > 10000, being near them causes instant client crash.
So heres a solution for it, enjoy
Mangos (Mainly udb) has had this fixed for ages, i always thought that arcemu & its db's had also.. seems not
