Any1 know how to install 2 wows? when I try installing it it just says Play WoW and Uninstall WOW (and somthing els but thats not important). Really wanna play old WoW :S

Make a copy of your wow folder in another location. Then uninstall wow, you will still have your copy and be able to install a new one.

Just delete the key in the registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Blizzard Entertainment

are there any private servers out there currently running any emus such as this, if so that would be the mad notes, i want to hit up some of that old school 1.12 gaming

Found another way just renaming the WoW folder :P patching now

Edit: Works Well its really buggy some spell get coldowns on them sometimes :/

Just rename the wow folder, then the autorun wont be able to locate the "World of Warcraft" folder anymore. I got a WoW112 folder, WoW303 folder and WoW243 myself :P

It works like charm! One problem tho, How do I change so its max. lvl 60? Im on the administrator account and I can level myself up to 255, kinda annoying. Thanks in advance.

You need 1.12.1 you can't run it using 1.12.0

To get to level 60 just do .level 59 when your level 1

Great repack. Still I have some problems with making it playable on the Internet. I have followed the steps, changed all ip adresses in the config files and in the sql interface, but when i try to run the realm or the mangos DB, this pops-up in the log

2008-12-30 17:59:35 ERROR:Could not connect to MySQL database at ip_adress: Host 'My-PC' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server

The server works on my own PC with localhost or 127.0.0.1, but using my own ip adress doesn't work.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I fix it now the error was you have to update it to 1.12.1 lol it worked for me when it was that ver but now. I'm working on the site how would you make the site with this ver is it the same old as the others??

I didn't include any information about making the realm public, mainly because I haven't touched anything emulator related in a very long time. I suppose the correct steps to making this realm public would be close to the same steps for any other MaNGOS server.

You should be able to find a torrent or some websites that still host the initial release of WoW.
