[HELP] With EWP bugged or something

I got it to change spells with EWP PRO

But like i change fireball rank 10 to rank 14.
If i cast that, there NOT appear a castbalk. He just keep casting (not attackin)
What should i do

What do you mean ?
If i learned fireball rank 1 can i change it to Death Touch ?
Or only if i learned Arcane Explosion change it to Pyroblast (that spell i got ):confused:

BTW any other stuff like WPE to change items and spells ?
