[Warlegend-Prj.] Pendulum of T.C.

On Warlegend-Project.com (mangos/trinitycore based instant pvp server) the Pendulum of Telluric Currents has not the correct CD currently and can be an advantage in pvp, it dishs out quiete a lot of dps.

What i did see is that you can either use it quiete well as unholy DK with your dots to proc it or it works also well as Balance Druid with moonfire.

I guess this will get fixed soon probably....
