[WPE] & [CE] Take any quest (bypass prereqs, faction, no NPC needed)

With a little help from WPE and CE you can take any quest anywhere you are (also hordes can take ally quests and the other way around). You have to meet the lvl requirements for the quest tough.

What you do, is you change an item (lets say hearthstone - 694 to an item thet starts a quest (lets say Faintly Glowing Crystal - 2367 with CE. Then in WPE (using 15, 16 slot) you change the quest that Faintly Glowing Crystal starts to another quest. Now use the item and accept the quest.

Assuming you know how to use WPE & CE I did not post screens and didn't go into depths of simple WPE, CE using. Also, tested this out in a server that has BT attunement req (as there was a post here somewhere about ppl wanting to get into BT, but the quest wasn't there), but didn't get the BT questline with this, so i assume it has been removed in some servers.

is it possible to skip item requirements in a quest. For example:

Quest X requires item a x 15 & item b x 5

What im asking is basically is it possible to make the server think u have the items in ur inventory to complete the quest when u actually don't ?

No thats not whats it doing.
Exp:
On Scape you could make you Hearth start Blood of Zul'jin - Item - World of Warcraft and then just get a free badges

the item has to start a quest, but i'll test your idea if you like

The difference if those are only useing CE which is now fixed, you are using both WPE and CE
