Making a player be able to enchant without enchant skill?

Hi everyone!
I want to know, is there any way I can make an item. Wich I open and there is all the mats for the enchant.
And a conjured item wich takes all the mats and enchants for you?

Like if you opened it, it would contain all the mats needed. And you use the conjured item ( with 1 charge )
to enchant your weapon, without needing any enchant skill at all.

I found these by searching the forums, you must edit it to work with the latest ncdb versions, the npc its like the old AFG Enchantor from WoWEmu, now its for ascent look here :

How can I edit them to work with the latest ascent rev?

Look at the change set of the coding, and hcange the coding to the newest one heh.
