How do I disable auto-revive?

Howdy folks, I recently got an emulator/repack working

For WotLK, 3.3.5

I've gone out of my way not to Game-master my player account, so that I can't run commands or benefit from other GM powers

But whenever I die and release, I instantly get revived at my corpse instead of being transported to the ghost world to do the walk of shame.
While it's somewhat nice to not have to walk back, I'd actually like to have that feature back - is there a module or config that's doing this to me?

Any help at all getting back the original resurrection mechanics would be greatly appreciated
