[Release] Kate1's flexible Starting/mall area <alliance>

Hey!
Im up with more candy for you, so sit back and listen to what my next reales is about:

INFO: This is a flexible area you can use for almost everything. A mall or a starting area (I decided to use this as a starting area). It includes a starting area with few festival items I found at thottbot, but its possible to add more items with sql-commands. Its strippers there and all trainers you can imagine. This is a area inside the oldif and hordes cant get there without following portals, but ya should mayby have some guards there who can kill hordes. This is for alliance since all the vendors got faction like an alliance. I havent placed any portals here, becuas some1 mayby might use WarpNPC's. Its also a nice place for a mall. You can come there by typing:
.worldport 0 -4815.6 -1033.32 438.683

WHAT TO DO?
I have created the whole stuff for you, so the only thing you need to do is insert it and mayby change the faction of the "mary the stripper" to 814 and mayby the emotestate to 10(will make her dance for your users).

HISTORY:
Some young gnomes and dwarfs decided to open the area which had been closed in their future by the allmighty leaders of Azeroth and IF. They used a curse on the area so every1 could go there. What they didnt know was that when they started build on this, the curse started working with wrong effect and they got closed inside this room. They finsihed their work and jumped and the lava and disepeared. But one of the young mages created a way for others to gfet trapped inside here for the rest of their lifes. An old wizzards from the mountains called "kate1" found this trap and open the gate for some special, very carefully picked out immigrants from other world with much more wisedom then the allready existing folks in Azeroth. These immigrants are called "the private server players".
