    Made a private server and now I need help

    So I made my own private server, and I raised the level to 255 and now I can't get it back down to 80. It's set at 80, and I even changed the start level to 2 just to see if it was updating and it's not. I posted a picture of the worldserver config and you can see it's edited, but no matter what I do I can't get anything to change. The XP rate is also extremely high. I did 1 starting quest and got to level 11. I want it back down to blizz-like rates. So I need help! Thanks!
