Hello, I've got a few questions about the WoW forums. I've seen some forums like PB-WoW but they aren't exactly "made" specifically for the game since it is a skin of another forum. I have been making an entire new forum and was wondering:

Would anybody use it?
-Would anybody help me if I continued it?

It would be almost exactly like other forum. It would tie game account to forum account and tie characters.
So far I made an index page, a topics page, MVPs, admins, and some other stuff.

I'd be glad to help, but i'm not too familiar with the scriptings of forums, but, hell, if I can release two websites a day, i'm sure I can do that.

Try and elaborate more on what the forum would be about. I've seen your work and I'd love to see where this goes, but you just haven't supplied enough information for me to answer questions like that.
