BB Faction?

Hi, Again a little question:

I try to make some guards, for my ally+horde shop island (same island).
I know from the real wow, that if u kill an ally in Booty Bay you will get killed by guards. But witch faction do the guards have?

The Trigger of The Guard doing that in wow is a C++ Corce and nodoby to my remeberence and done that yet faction dosent matter.
