[Command OverRide] HALP! i are most confuseded :[

Well guys, i may know everything about ingame stuff, and i might make really cool towns (lol illidan1 mine is teh sexy)...but i have yet to figure out how to make it so people can use only commands that i say such as
recall **PORT ONLY**
.revive
.look

if anyone can explain this to me i would be very gratefull, i know illidan1 posted a pretty nice guid to this...however it was VERY confusing and to be honest didnt even work so any ideas?

INSERT INTO command_overrides (`command_name`, `access_level`)
VALUES ('COMMAND', '0');

make command = junk like:
recall
recall port
recall list
lookup

Example:

INSERT INTO command_overrides (`command_name`, `access_level`)
VALUES ('kill', '0');

Now everyone can use the .kill command!

Stupid question - how do you run these scripts?

You open up notepad and save them as .sql and execute into sqlyog, or navicat or which ever you use.
