[C++]Need help with my Scripted Item

Well I changed this script around from the GlobalNPC on the forum and made it an Item script. but im not sure the flags and stuff when making the item therefor the item i made doesnt work. heres the sript if u need it.

what you have to do is make the item cast a spell on use, you change it in the items table, but make it a spell that isnt real or doesnt do anything, for example I use the spell ID 33208
