Which dedicated server should I buy?

After working on other peoples servers for what seams to be like for ever, I'm starting my own server up. Where I live my internet connection is not good enough for me to host on my PC. So I can get sombody else to host for me till I can buy a server or should I just jump in a buy a server. Ive been a GM/admin/developer on a few servers and have done everything but buying the server it self. Can anybody suggest a good site to buy from, for a large server (1000+ player cap) a medium (300+) and a small (30+).

Also i would like it if anybody could suggest how i tackle the situation im in. Im thinking I could buy a small server my self and then when ive got enough donations i upgrade the server. Or get sombody to host it for me till i have enough to buy a host... or finaly see if sombody would donate before the server is up.

1 are you bloodstain from hellfire legion wow 2 go ahead and get a 75$-100$ server have 5 gms / head gm /admin help you gm gives 25$ for the spot 50 for head and 75 for admin tell them its a investment get the server up and going
start spamming adverts for your server like crazy make some crazy donations options like items gears and maby even positions i seen some gm powers to donate for as low as 30$ clear up to 75$ and after 2 months it should keep its self up and 2 weeks b4 the payment to the hoster is due start advertising on the realm that you need to make this amount by this date or the server will be lost that is if you do not have enough for the payment/rent :P

I'd suggest finding a person to host you server until you get enough donations to pay for the deidcated one from a company. Say that the person who hosts the server will be co-admin or GM, you think of somthing. Make custom weps and armor then give it to ppl if they donate. Or give them v.i.p status, that comes with a few GM commands like .appear, .summon and .recall port etc.

I'd start with a smaller server since at first it won't be filled with thousands of people. As your donation money rises, just upgrade the hardware so you can support more people.

Sorry but I have no sites to recommend as I just use an old computer for my server.

I was kinda thinking of that, im planning on going for all staff pay, ive also got a few people that want to donate for things before the server is up.

I plan on hosting a test server for myself to try out my ideas to see if they work. I doubt I will ever host my own, but I am trying to level up my abilities >;+)

If I see anything about this I will post it...

What kind of server will yours be, If I may ask?

i would go with getting a good vps then when enough money comes in get a dedicated
