Possible to get votes on xtremetop100.com using a script/program?

I'm guessing this would have to hide your ip, or generate random ip's constanltly after x amount of seconds AND prbly generate a random isp also.

I've tried the following:

Proxie websites
Ip Hiders
Tor

None worked. Wow I feel so much flaming coming towards this thread XD

EDIT: I don't get you guys guys sometimes. You don't care when you scam accounts or use exploits on wow, when trying to use exploits for a private server I get flammed.?WTF?

lol this thread made me rofl, one of the reasons i don't host server. second reason i don't give one about votes, third reason i was reading mafia thing and thought it made him sound like a criminal :- )

If you need to cheat on the votes, than your server fails!
I know my server is like 400 on the list right now cause no one ever votes, but, w/e, cheating is something we arent even considering.

There is a way to cheat on the votes, and I know how.
But I wont tell anyone because then the "number one" wont really be the number one, because you'll just spamm votes though your server might suck.
Not even I uses crap like that.
