How can i make a Custom made mobs give xp in ADE? or in sql?

like a certain amount say 300 xp after you kill it?

You cannot, the experience usually depends on the NPC's level range.

So example if you're in Stranglethorn Vale making custom mobs and you want
around the same experience that you get in retail, make the mobs in the same level range 32 - 39.
