Help Needed For Krillins Website!!!

Hello,
I am using Krillin's website and we are hosting my server on one computer and friend is running Krillin's website on another. WE have gotten everything up except where it says Server Status and on account create it gives us this
" Client does not support authentication protocol requested by server; consider upgrading MySQL client" error. " we have tried all the "SET PASSWORD FOR user@localhost = OLD_PASSWORD('password');" and all the help on dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql/en/old-client." but it still does the same error everytime.
we are using a remote webhost called 1and1.com
IF any1 helps they will get + rep from me and my friend!

Also our website is EnvyWow.com and look on the right where it says Server Status!

Im no expert, but I believe under "Admin Logon" you can control the database password, server adress its on, port and etc so that it can be configured to work. If not, I happen to use that website and can offer to send mine in which works?

No I currently don't, try to remake an account on it. Im sure you know were that can be located but if not, MSN.com and try to log in with the current account you made.
