[1.12.1 Vanilla revamp] Introducing and looking for sponsorship

We're proud to announce new age of vanilla private server history!


We are close to release first private server that is based on 1.12.1 game client with modified content:

1. Tuned PvE content to fit modern player's skill. No more skippable phases or ignore boss mechanics (eg. no more 1min Ragnaros fights w/o Submerge/40sec Vael..astaz.xzsdaszssadcas, 15sec Luci/Gehennas etc)

2. Karazhan raid, Hyjal raid, Azshara Crater(finished) battleground, Jaedenar instance, Scarlet Monastery (all wings in one instance), Caverns of Time, Grim Batol, Dragon Islands, Zul'Aman etc.

3. Tuned content to force WPvP in EPL/Silithus, Kargath/Loch Modan(via Stonewrought Pass)/Lakeshire - Blackrock runs, Tyr's Hand/Felwood farm, PvP raids to enemy Capital City.

4. On other hand tuned content to prevent non-vanilla(not known/noncommon during Vanilla) things like DM farm, Maraudon sell runs, 20min UBRS runs, BRD lava runs(should be much harder, to make less people doing em) etc.

5. Progressive content release.

6. During progressive release there will be added class balance changes. (We thing that some classes(ret paly, boomkin etc) should be more usable in PvE, w/o making them overpowered in PvP.

7. We are focused on details to make player's gaming experience good enough (maps-minimaps, names, textures, lore, style, ambience sounds, patrols, npc group linking, subzones, fog/lights, world states, wmo names/minimaps, pathfinding for sure, different model_id for npc(sex/races/hair), NPC emotions/jokes/say etc. In general - we wan't to make it as close to "high blizz standarts" as possible.



We want make players feels like they are playing good old Vanilla, and they didn't know what will be added in next patch.
We want make players do content like they did it years ago - w/o knowledge and experience on it.


Currently we are looking for some sponsorship to accelerate development and to handle with OVH and additional must-have services(e-mail, backup, ssl, anti-DDoS etc).
Also we're recruiting Web Designer, 2D Artist and 3D Animation Artist(We got 3D Artists, but if you wanna do some 3D modelling its acceptable).

Keep in mind that we are non-commercial project!
There will be no any kind of game shop, server will accept donations to make possible to pay its bills to OVH.
