2.must be off hamachi with open ports
3.must know about mysql and how to set up a server

If I can suggest, your a bit picky up there for a free host, and the bumps will not help your situation. Go use mommy and daddy's credit card and rent a dedicated server.

First of all you need some patience, you're asking for a FREE service which others play alot for.

And right now I don't think anyones going to help you, especially if you're demanding it. If you want a host, you need to pay money.

Yes, its helping everyone alot from seeing the every-day requests of hosts. You say you have money. Great put it in your piggy bank and save for a server. It will be a life saver for you.
