    ONLY TESTED WITH NCDB 700

    hope you guys enjoy will be making more stuff to add to this guy as soon as i get around to it!

    basically its another badge vendor but you can use it how you like! change the extended item cost to 0 and the buy/sell price of the items in your mySQL handler to change what they cost in game
