Little help for me? :]

Hey all , im newbie.. in this forum , and sorry if this is a wrong place for my post.. :S
I got a problem with the costum portals,the sql strukture . The problem is folowing

. I found a portal for Zul'aman , here is the sql -- >

INSERT INTO `gameobject_names` VALUES ('600003', '22', '1327', 'Zul\'Aman', '28685', '0', '0', '0', '0', '0', '0', '0', '0', '0', '0', '0', '0', '0', '0', '0', '0', '0', '0', '0', '0', '0', '0', '0');
INSERT INTO `teleport_coords` VALUES ('28685', 'teleport Zul\'Aman', '568', '119.152', '1761.11', '42.8081', '0');

It works perfect.. , but i want teleport to my costum place.. . I changed the X,y,Z coordinates , the entry ,the name . I imported it.
It works ! But when i try to connect.. the portal send me to zul'aman........

Can any1.. help me, i dont know how to do it.. here are my coordinates.. ---> X = -4843.976074 ; Y= -1071.133545 ; Z= 499.235992; map = 0 ; Orientation = 4.609503 ;

Ill be Supper Happy If some1 help me.. Tnx .. alot..
