Help with changing repack

Can someone help with changing repack?
i got the repack i need and i also got SQLyog

So please guys help me

Dump these following tables into a .sql file: Accounts, Charecters and all Tables that begin on "player" like playeritems and such.

And when you're done, switch databases and then execute the .sql files you dumped before
