    Help with setting up my webasite

    Ok so i got these things-
    WAMP
    SPORA

    And i was on like 2 different guides that said the same thing but they dont specify wat u doo when u go into the index?

    if anybody can assist me please ill +Rep anybody that helps me with this!!
