I Have a voting bot for WoW Emulated Servers, I need to decompile it, HELP

Alright so I found Ragezone made a bot for people to download and it votes automatically. How would I go about decompiling this and then replacing ragezone's voting adress with my own?

Here is the download:

This could be legendary if we made a guide on how to edit this bot so that it can be served for your own server. By the way this runs as a background application.

I trust ya on this occasion, but the fact is 20 rep aint that much, and there is people who would release a virus here for the kicks.

Im guessing c++, I didn't ask the creator on Ragezone because im sure he wouldn't want this used for other reasons. Is it as simple as just changing the voting url once its decompiled? Then compiling it again?
